I started House Strategy shortly after completing a decade-long leadership role at a global clinical and commercial organization. There, I watched work change for myself and for my clients. Meeting schedules became more punishing; inboxes more overwhelming; deadlines for impact more immediate.
The need for curiosity and creativity was through the roof. But the time for attention to it was dwindling.
I saw my clients in need of a new way of work. One that gave them focused time to build strategy together — and the customer validation and clear blueprints to rapidly realize it. That's the work I do today.
People come to House because they want an expert on their side. They come back because the work reveals what their team already knows — and helps them use it.

Meet House
Leigh Householder is a healthcare marketing and innovation strategist who has spent more than two decades helping life sciences, technology, and B2B organizations turn complex ideas into strategy that people actually believe in — and can bring to life.
She came up at Ologie, where she learned that brands aren't handed down to organizations — they're built together. From there she went on to lead brand launches, innovation labs, and digital programs at some of the most influential organizations in healthcare communications. Most recently she served as EVP and Managing Director of Technology and Data Solutions at Syneos Health, where she led the work of integrating advanced data, AI, and omnichannel capabilities into commercial and clinical strategy.
Two years ago she stopped building other people's practices and started her own.
House Strategy is the result — a lean, senior-level practice built around a simple but stubborn belief: strategy only works when people see themselves in it. Leigh works independently or assembles the right team depending on what a project calls for. The work spans market research and customer insight, brand and marketing strategy, omnichannel design, facilitated alignment sessions, and practical AI adoption.
She is the co-author of Why We Resist, a book exploring how behavioral principles shape healthcare decision-making. She spent more than a decade leading global healthcare trends research, speaking to audiences around the world, and has been recognized as one of PharmaVOICE's 100 Most Inspiring People and an HBA Luminary.
She has also, for what it's worth, jumped out of airplanes — and can pack her own parachute.
